1. The Healing Chamber offers Psychotherapy, Hypnotherapy, and advanced therapeutic
modalities. These services are supportive in nature and are not a substitute for medical or
psychiatric treatment.
2. All sessions must be booked in advance and are confirmed only after partial or full payment is
received.
3. Fees once paid are non-refundable under any circumstances.
4. Rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. Last-minute cancellations or
no-shows may result in forfeiture of the session.
5. If a session is cancelled by The Healing Chamber, it will be rescheduled without any
additional charge.
6. All therapy sessions are confidential. All our sessions are audio-recorded for documentation
and professional record-keeping purposes. Information will not be shared without the client’s
consent unless there is a risk of harm to self or others, or if required by law.
7. Clients are expected to maintain respectful behavior during all interactions. Disrespect,
harassment, or inappropriate conduct may lead to termination of services.
